Unisex, XS to XXL, one size grid. We print on blanks rather than making them, so the measurements on the size guide are the blank's, taken flat — we publish them because manufacturers' own charts tend to round.
Size down for a cleaner line, up for the way we shoot it. Better still: measure a piece you already like flat across the chest and match it to the table. Email us the number and we will tell you which to take.
No — everything is printed to order, so a live design is always available. Designs get retired instead, which is a decision we make. Retired means we stop printing it for good.
Because nothing is made until you order it. Production takes two to seven working days before shipping even starts. That is the direct cost of holding no stock, and it is the trade we chose.
Pieces are printed by the partner nearest you, and not every partner prints every item. An order can split across two, each with its own tracking. You are never charged twice for it.
Taxes and duties depend on the destination and are shown when the checkout can calculate them. We do not promise a charge-free delivery unless the checkout quote explicitly says so.
Direct-to-garment on cotton, embroidery on caps, beanies and jackets, screen print on the canvas tote, and sublimation on the socks. Each product page says which.
It will change after the first wash — that is the pretreatment rinsing out and the print settling into the fabric, not fading. After that, heat is the enemy, not water. Cold wash, inside out, and keep the iron off it.
Mid-tone garments need more ink than black or bone, so density is tuned per colour. Two colourways of the same design will never be pixel-identical, and we would rather tell you that than pretend it is a defect when you notice.
Everything runs through PayPal — your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, Pay Later where you are eligible, or a debit or credit card without a PayPal account.
Send a photo within 30 days and we reprint it free. You do not need to post the faulty one back — shipping it across the world helps nobody.
Yes, 30 days, unworn. One thing worth knowing: a printed-to-order piece cannot be resold, so that return becomes a garment nobody wears. Use the size guide first, or ask us.
