If it arrived wrong

Misprint, wrong placement, wrong item, damage in transit: send a photo within 30 days and we reprint it free. You do not need to send the original back — posting a faulty garment across the world helps nobody. Keep it, bin it, cut it up, your call.

If you changed your mind

30 days from delivery, unworn, and we will refund you. But here is the part most brands leave out: a printed-to-order piece cannot go back on a shelf, because there is no shelf. A change-of-mind return is a garment that gets thrown away — the exact thing this whole model exists to avoid.

So we would rather you spent two minutes with the size guide than sent one back. If you are unsure, email us the measurements of a piece you already own and we will tell you which size to take.

What we cannot take back

• Anything worn, washed or altered
• Headwear where the sizing strap has been cut
• Socks, once opened

Retired designs

When we retire a design we stop printing it, permanently. That is a decision rather than a stock level, so asking us to run one more will not work — the point of retiring something is that it is over.
