Where we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes.
Nothing is made until you order it, so there are two clocks. Production takes two to seven working days — the garment is printed, cured and checked. Only then does shipping start, and the delivery estimate at checkout covers the shipping half only.
That is slower than a brand shipping from a warehouse. It is the direct cost of not having a warehouse, and we would rather say so here than let you discover it on day four.
US orders use the verified US print route. Australia will use its own approved route once validation is complete. An order with several pieces can be split between partners and arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking — you are not charged twice for that.
Taxes and duties are calculated according to the destination shown at checkout. We do not promise a charge-free delivery unless the checkout quote explicitly says so.
Where an order does cross a border, import charges are set by your customs authority, are payable by you, and are outside our control — we cannot predict them, and they are not refundable by us. If that happens on an order, tell us: it usually means we routed the print badly, and we would rather fix the routing than argue about the fee.
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned. If tracking has not moved for five working days, email us and we will open a case with the carrier rather than asking you to.
