Orders

An order is an offer to buy. The contract starts when we dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order — a size sold through twice in the same minute, which happens on drop day — we cancel and refund in full, immediately.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and include tax. Import charges, where an order crosses a border, are set by your customs authority and are not included. Obvious pricing errors are not binding on us; we will tell you and refund rather than quietly cancel.

Retired designs

Everything is printed to order, so availability depends on us continuing to offer a design rather than on stock. We retire designs permanently and without notice; a listing marked retired is a record, not a waitlist.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Viet Nam. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights you hold where you live.
